No phone, no talk, no plan

A room with nothing in it but you.

Why

Most of us haven't been alone with our own thoughts, undistracted, for more than a few minutes at a time in years. The cost of that is starting to show.

We keep a small hut and a few rooms with no signal, no clock, no agenda. People come back changed by very little, which is the point.

What happens

A rough shape of the day.

  1. 01Leave your phone at the door.
  2. 02Sit, lie, walk. No instruction unless you want one.
  3. 03Optional guided sits morning and evening.
  4. 04Meals taken in silence with others doing the same.
  5. 05Leave when you're ready, not when the bell rings.

Who it's for

If any of this is you.

  • People who have never tried silence and suspect they should
  • Experienced meditators wanting unstructured retreat
  • Anyone right at the edge of needing a real break

We're quietly gathering practitioners to hold our circles. If this is your lineage, tell us how you teach and we'll be in touch.
